Data Extraction

About Data Extraction & Loading:

For the Data Extraction process, users need to upload the Account Holders data, which contains details of both Individuals and Entities. This data serves as the foundation for other data dependencies, and therefore must be uploaded before any other data for the month.

To upload the Account Holders data, users should select the "Extraction & Loading" option from the screen interface. Upon invoking the upload option, the system will prompt users to select the file where the extracted data from various source systems are stored for the purpose of data upload. Users can browse through the list of directories/files to choose the appropriate data files.

In the above screen, the user has selected the appropriate month and year. Once the required files are chosen, user should click on the option “Upload”. After the data upload process is completed the following screen is display by the application.

The system shows the number of Account Holders data successfully uploaded from different source systems.
