As soon as the application is invoked, the following screen will appear. The user has to log in to the application using his/her user_id and password. The maiden password will be provided by the admin user and the system will
force the user to change his/her password as per password setting rules when the user logs in for the first time.

The user has to opt for change in password . The password rule settings as implemented by the Admin will be enforced, while creating creating/changing the password. The above screen shows the change password option for the first time login users.

If the user forgot the password, the option “Forgot Password” can be used which will enable the system to resend the last password to the user’s email id ( or) the user may take up with Admin to reset the password for further logging in depending on the password policy settings enforced by the Organization.

When the user selects the Profile, the following screen showing the basic details of the user and password change tabs will be displayed.
